29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not de-energized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) Erie St. & 7th St, Jersey City, NJ worksite Employee observed conducting power washing of building using a ladder in close proximity to secondary power wires, thereby exposing himself to shock hazards.
