29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(ii): When used as permitted in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)(C), (g)(1)(i)(F), or (g)(1)(i)(H) of 29 CFR 1926.405, the flexible cord was not equipped with an attachment plug and energized from a receptacle outlet:                                  This violation occurred on November 20, 2012, at a workplace located at 400 Paluxy Drive, Irving, Texas; where the employer inserted the conductors to Rolair compressor's flexible cord directly into a receptacle outlet exposing employees to electrical hazards.
