At the site employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 18 feet, in that, they were installing sihingles with no fall protection. On or about 11/21/2012.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:. a. At the site employees were using Mule- Hide fibrated emulsion roof coating. with no training in the use of the hazards associated with this product suchas but not limited to, eye and skin irritation, irritation of the digestive tract, and nervous system depression, , prolonged and repeated overexposure may cause permanent brain, and or nervous system damage. Can cause dermatitis, sanding dust inhalation may cause lung damage. Intentional misuse through inhalation may be harmful or fatal.
