29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    On or about 11/21/2012, employees who had not been provided training to recognize fall hazards were working on a roof  37 feet high without means of fall protection while installing roofing insulation and equipment at a construction site located at 15150 North Andrews Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL 33069.
