(a)   Front of Residence - On or about November 20, 2012 employees were exposed to fall hazard up to 17 feet while working from fabricated steel tube scaffolds. Employees were not protected by an appropriate toprail 38 inches to 48 inches above the work platform.    WILLIAM P.
