29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6):     Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).Note: 300 V OR LESS - MINIMUM DISTANCE 3 FEET.    a) 550 Riffle Camp Rd., Woodland Park, NJ: A scaffold was used to support a secondary energized power line that energized a residence, while emmployees used the scaffold being exposed to electric shock, on or about 11/19/2012.
