North side of the building, employees were exposed to a 33 feet fall hazard, in that, 10 single standing scaffold towers 5 frames high were not tied to the building at least once to prevent them from tipping over. The scaffold frames were 5 feet wide thus requiring at least one tie off point at 26 feet high.
