29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): The employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites. These requirements are in addition to any other requirements for equipment grounding conductors:    (a) In building 1504, Unit E on or about November 29, 2012, and at times prior thereto, there was no assured equipment grounding conductor program or ground fault circuit interrupter to protect employees that used a 110 VAC DeWalt compound miter saw and a Husky Whisper 68 compressor for a nail gun to cut and install molding in the unit.  The saw and compressor were powered through extension cords connected to a 110 VAC interior outlet.
