29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i):     Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about November 30, 2012 and times prior thereto, employees of KMZ, Inc. were observed performing leading edge work installing thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single ply roofing onto the flat roof of the Hardee's located at 2997 East Race Avenue in Searcy, Arkansas.  The employees were not using fall protection, exposing them to a falling distance of approximately 15 feet to the concrete ground level below.
