Pro Quality Home Improvement LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312882244, citation number 01, item number 4a and was affirmed as final order on 02/03/2011, with respect to a work place located at Johnsons Point Road (building 1), Branford, CT 06405.
