29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):     All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.    (a) Office: On 12/3/12 and at times prior thereto, a ceiling tile with stress cracks and appeared water saturated was not properly secured within the tile framing.     (b) Office: On 12/3/12 and at times prior thereto, a picture frame was damaged and insecure.    (c) Rear door area: On 12/3/12 and at times prior thereto, sticky traps that had detained pests remained in the workplace while the pests remains decayed.    (d) Hallway: On 12/3/12 and at times prior thereto, cubicle-type wall partitions were leaned against a wall with no measure to secure them from falling.    (e) Womens room: On 12/3/12 and at times prior thereto, a water closed partition wall was not held securely due to missing hardware.     (f) Storage room: On 12/3/12 and at times prior thereto, a storage room was cluttered with baskets, carts, ladders, boxes, mops and other supplies.    NOTE: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
