29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970:     (a) Jobsite, North Washington Upper Elementary (Kiski Area) school, 4350 State Route 66, Apollo, PA: On or before 12/05/12, the Amerex portable fire extinguisher, Model B500, and the Kiddie portable fire extinguisher, AP521874, maintained in the vicinity of the gasoline engine powered Geolube grout machine were not inspected on a periodic basis. The inspection tag on the Amerex portable fire extinguisher, Model B500, was dated 12/2008 and no record was maintained on the Kiddie portable fire extinguisher.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)    (a) Jobsite, North Washington Upper Elementary (Kiski Area) school, 4350 State Route 66, Apollo, PA: On or before 12/05/12, the employer did not maintain the material safety data sheets for the Thermal grout lite, Mobil Almo 529 drill oil, and Chevron 400 Multigrade SAE 15W-40 oil used by employees at this jobsite.      Note: (Reference 29 CFR 1926.59) The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.1200 of this chapter.
