Salon - the employer did not have a list of hazardous chemicals known to be present when materials such as, but not limited to ASP Acrylic Bonding Powder, acetone, Creative Retention, Nail Systems Non-acetone, CND Perfect Color Sculpting Powder, No Lift Nail Nail Primer, Odoban disinfectant, alcohol, King Research Barbacide and King Research Ship Shape were used.  Violation observed on or about 12/5/12.
