29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or perso(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY)    As observed on or about 12-4-2012, while replacing wood on the widow's walk at 3615 South Ocean Blvd., Highland Beach, Florida, an employee was working at a height of approximately 50 feet without using fall protection.
