29 CFR 1926.153(o):  When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken:      (a) On or about November 1, 2012, at a job site located at 766 Buchanon in Branson, MO, workers were exposed to potential struck-by and/or fire and explosion hazards due to four flammable gas cylinders being stored in an area where they could be struck by construction vehicles.
