29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On December 4, 2012 at a worksite located at 7353 Kingery Willowbrook IL, employees were performing roofing work and were not using any means of fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard over 25 feet.       Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903(d).
