29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):    (a) At the facility, on or about 12/5/2012:  The employer did not certify any hazard assessment at the time of the inspection, for mechanics and other workers who were exposed to physical and chemical hazards that required personal protective equipment such as eye protection, specific gloves, or foot protection.      Abatement certification must be submitted.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    (a) At the facility, on or about 12/5/2012:  The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program at the time of the inspection, for mechanics and other workers who were exposed to chemical hazards that presented potential health or safety hazards such as corrosive cleaners, and flammable and combustible solvents.      Abatement certification must be submitted.
