29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about December 05, 2012 at a residential home undergoing roof repair an employee was observed working on a roof with 4:12 roof pitch without fall protection.  This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet measured  to the ground.
