29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):     Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    a) Plant - On or about 11/28/12 the junction box in the loading area of the Acme-Gridley revolver lathe was broken. Part of the wall on the right side was missing and the internal conductors were exposed.      b) Plant - On or about 11/28/12 the metallic spiral conduit entering the junction box in the loading area of the Acme-Gridley revolver lathe was broken.  The internal conductors were exposed and subjected to strain.    c) Plant, Cutting oil recovery station - On or about 11/28/12 the flexible cord powering the Dayton 1/2 Ton electric crane was damaged. The outer jacket was broken and covered with electrical tape.    d) Plant, Welding Station #2 - On or about 11/28/12 the flexible power cord for the cooling fan (mounted on the steel column) was damaged.  The outer jacket was broken in proximity of the switch, and the internal conductors were exposed.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
