29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level.         On or about December 6, 2012, employees were working on the upper levels of an 18ft. tall tubular welded frame scaffold that was not equipped with guardrails. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 18ft. to the ground to the ground below.    JC Amaya Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316044544, Citation Number 4, Item number 4(a) and was affirmed as a final order on January 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2017 Diamond Rim Road, Keller, TX 76248.
