29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    At the following machine stations, employees were not protected from being struck by the moving parts of the large, rotational mold fixtures.  Two employees worked together at each machine station.  One employee operated the controls to move the mold fixture arm from one position to another, and was protected only by the distance required for his position at the control panel.
