29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):   Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  a. On or about December 3, 2012 - at the above addressed jobiste, the employer did not require a competant person to  conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, thereby exposing the employees to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.850(a):   Prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations, an engineering survey shall be made, by a competent person, of the structure to determine the condition of the framing, floors, and walls, and possibility of unplanned collapse of any portion of the structure. Any adjacent structure where employees may be exposed shall also be similarly checked. The employer shall have in writing evidence that such a survey has been performed.  a. On or about Decembere 3, 2012 - at the above addressed jobsite, the employer failed to conduct an engineering survey, by a competant person, of a structure to assess the possibility of unplanned collapse, thereby exposing the employees to struck by hazards.
