29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):   A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:      1.) On or about December 12, 2012, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program which covered an employee who wore a half face respirator while performing paint spraying operations.      Jim Lederer's Body Shop was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 108572, citation number 1,  item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 903 Fair St., Bucyrus OH.
