29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       A)  133 Terrace Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights - NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet whle engaged in roof replacement work on a residential sructure. The employees were not protected by any type of fall protection system, on or about October 5th 2012.       Walter's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or it's equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 311053037, Citation 01, Item 002, issued on 06/02/2008 with respect to a workplace located at 14-10 Morlot Avenue in Fair Lawn, NJ.
