The employees were not protected by any type of fall protection system, on or about October 5th 2012. Walter's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or it's equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 311053037, Citation 01, Item 002, issued on 06/02/2008 with respect to a workplace located at 14-10 Morlot Avenue in Fair Lawn, NJ.
