Malizia, DMD - The employer did not establish a written exposure control plan for employees who are exposed to bloodborne pathogens while assisting in dental procedures, on or about December 14, 2012.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(1)(i)(A): Warning labels shall be affixed to containers of regulated waste, refrigerators and freezers containing blood or other potentially infectious material; and other containers used to store, transport or ship blood or other potentially infectious materials, except as provided in paragraph (g)(1)(i)(E), (F) and (G):    Dentist Office -  A trash can that contained regulated waste did not have warning labels affixed to it nor did the bags in the can have warning labels affixed to them, on or about December 14, 2012.
