Oil City Presbyterian Home - The company's Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control Plan prohibited source individual testing if the exposed employee refused the company's referral to a healthcare professional as seen on page 2.16.1, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the employer's Bloodborne Pathogen Expsoure Control Plan, which stated  "The source individual shall not be tested if the employee refuses referral to the healthcare professional" and "Source individual testing results shall be made available to the HIV negative, exposed employee."
