29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  On or about December 17, 2012, roofing employees engaged in tearoff and re-roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet while working without the use of fall protection on a single family home.      Jungle Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 601238, Citation 1, Item 1, issued September 4, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 9615 Hemlock Ct., Highlands Ranch, CO 80130.  This citation became final on September 25, 2012.  The final abatement date for this citation was September 5, 2012.      Jungle Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 569858, Citation 1, Item 1, issued August 14, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2002 72nd Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634.  This citation became final on September 6, 2012.  The final abatement date for this citation was August 13, 2012.
