Employees were exposed to possible electrical shock.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     On or about December 18, 2012, two employees were observed working on a 9:12 pitch roof without utilizing a proper fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10-22 feet to the ground.
