29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:    On or about 12/18/12 employees were exposed to being struck by masonry stone, from a scaffold that had no toe-boards in place, while employees staged scaffolding components adjacent to the scaffold.
