29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On February 12, 2013, in Department 32 two workers that had been working atop a 14 foot high transformer descended to floor level by means of aToucan 26E JLG lift without use of either a harness or a belt tied off to the boom or basket.
