29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)Tres Birds, Inc. @ 4295 N. Broadway Ave., Boulder, CO 80304: On and before December 18th, 2012, the controlling employer did not ensure subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in framing activities on a roof were exposed to falls from approximately 10 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
