29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f) Labels and other forms of warning, (g) Material safety data sheets, and (h) Employee information and training, will be met:      On or about December 20, 2012:    The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program to protect the employees working in the truck wash facility at 2037 Old Candler Road from corrosive chemical solutions such as, but not limited to AB-50 Aluminum Brightener and  AIM Wire and Mag Wheel Cleaner and other skin and eye irritants such as, but not limited to AIM Crystal Shine and Mighty Green Cleaning Detergent.

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3):     Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check:    On or about December 20, 2012:    The employees working in the wash bay located at 2037 Old Candler Road in Gainesville are exposed to fire hazards due to the fire extinguisher not being subjected to an annual maintenance check.   The employer did not keep a record of or have documentation that maintenance service checks had been conducted on the two fire extinguishers within the wash bay area.
