29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:    (a) T&J Seiler Construction, Inc. @ 1516 Chokeberry, Berthoud, CO 80513:  On and before December 18th, 2012, the prime framing contractor did not ensure subcontractor employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in sheathing operations over 6 feet on a new single family residence under construction were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall of approximately 12 feet.
