29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv):  There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action or overheating:           a)  N.W. beam #1 and forward of the shop area, On or about December 19, 2012,  an outlet was open to the weather and had a broken conduit from the power source to the outlet.         b)  N.W. beam #1 and forward of the shop area, On or about December 19, 2012,  an outlet was open to the weather and had a broken outlet receptacle.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(vii):  A receptacle installed in a wet location where the product intended to be plugged into it was to be attended while in use (for example, portable tools) did not have an enclosure that was weatherproof when the attachment plug cap was removed:         a)  N.W. beam #1 and forward of the shop area, On or about December 19, 2012,  an outlet was open to the weather and did not have a cover to prevent rain or water contact.         b)  N.W. beam #3 and toward the rear of the shop area, On or about December 19, 2012,  an outlet was open to the weather and did not have a cover to prevent rain or water contact.
