29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): All sprocket wheels and chains that were less than seven (7) feet above the floor or platform were not enclosed:     a) On or about December 12, 2012, on Line #7 (Langen/Pop Tart line) an employee was required to work adjacent to an unguarded chain and sprocket. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with moving parts.
