29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation.      a) On or about 12/22/2012 the employer did not provide machine guarding and or other means of machine guarding to protect the employees from hazards such as those created by point of operation. Barrier guards, two-handed tripping devices and or electronic safety devices were not provided.
