29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):     Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a)570 Clinton Ave., Newark, NJ:Employer allowed his employee to work from a make shift scaffold in excess of 18 feet from the ground below with no fall protection system in place, i.e. guardrail system, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.         Violation observed on or about 6/30/12.
