29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Near the forklift battery charging area; The employer did not have an ANSI rated eyewash station that was capable of delivering 15 minutes of continous flush to both eyes. The ANSI Standard requires that eyewash stations be capable of delivering .4 gallons per minute for a minimum of 15 minutes. The eyewash station that the employer had in place was approximately 120 ounces rather than a minimum of approximately 768 ounces.
