29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:     At 11959 S. Sam Houston Parkway Houston, TX, on or about December 26, 2013, two untrained employees were installing Tyvek HouseWrap on dormers windows without fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards at approximately 21 feet.

Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     At 11959 S. Sam Houston Parkway Houston, TX, on or about December 26, 2013, two employees were installing Tyvek HouseWrap on dormers windows without fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards at an approximate height of 21 feet.     Justrod, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health equivalent standard 29CFR 1926. 501(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number313553414, citation number01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on September 02, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 17225 Hafer Rd., Houston, TX 77090.
