29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii):     Storage cabinet(s) for flammable and combustible liquids were not designed or constructed to meet minimal fire resistance as required:    (a) On December 28th, 2012 employees of Peterbilt of Joplin were exposed to fire hazards in the body shop when combustibles and flammables were stored in a storage cabinet that did not meet the minimal fire resistance rating.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii)    Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hours.    (a) On, or before, December 28th, 2012, at employees of Peterbilt of Joplin in the body shop were exposed to a fire hazard from gas cylinders which were stored in direct contact with oxygen cylinders.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):     Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1):    (a) On December 28th, 2012 employees of Peterbilt of Joplin working in the service department were exposed to contact with electrical current hazards when live wiring was exposed due to the insulation of an electrical cord of a parts washer was pulled back away from the connecting terminal.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):     Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:    (a) On December 28th, 2012 employees of Peterbilt of Joplin were exposed to fire hazards and electrical hazards when three electrical panels in the body shop office were blocked. In the event of an emergency these panels could not be easily accessed.
