29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:      JOB SITE: 2006-2012 Running Ridge Court, at this work site, workers were observed on top the apartment complex, located on the south end of the building, actively installing new roof shingles, operating pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection.  The workers were exposed to a struck by hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures:        JOB SITE: 2006-2012 Running Ridge Court, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, at this work site, workers were observed on top of the apartment complex, located on south end of building, approximately 18 feet 3 inches eave to ground level, actively installing new roof shingles and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
