29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76cm) whichever is less, shall be equipped with at least one handrail:    a.) On or about December 18, 2012, at the jobsite located at 15500 7th Avenue, Phoenix, IL. - employees and sub contractor employees were using a two-story staircase that was not equipped with handrails, thereby exposing employees to falls hazards.
