29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i):     Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system:    a) At the residential home being re-shingled, roofers were exposed to an 20 foot fall hazard when working from a ladder jack scaffold platform due to no means of fall protection in use.
