The employees were assigned to drive a forklift that was different from the one they had been using previously in the summer of 2012, and refresher training and evaluation was required as per 29 CFR  1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(D).    b. Following an accident where an employee was injured during a Yale forklift operation, refresher training and evaluation was required as per 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(B).     Abatement certification is required for this violation.  Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
