29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3): Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee(s) a confidential medical evaluation or follow-up including the elements stated in paragraphs (i) through (iv):     a.  Establishment:  The employer did not make immediately available to employees a confidential medical evaluation or follow-up for the following employees who sustained an exposure incident:         1.  On or about June 24, 2011, an employee was stuck with a glucometer while cleaning under a resident's bed.         2.  On or about August 16, 2012, an employee was stuck with a lancet while emptying the resident's trash.         3.  On or about September 4, 2012, an employee was stuck with a used insulin needle while serving a resident in the dining room.
