29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:    (a)  The compressed air nozzle used at the drill press, in the small parts work cell, was not provided a means to reduce the pressure to less than 30 p.s.i. The air nozzle was operating at approximately 50 p.s.i.g., exposing employees to air embolism.
