Vertical mixers did not comply with paragraphs (e)(1)(i), (iii), (ix) and (x) of this section. Mixers with external power application did not have all belts, chains, gears, pulleys, sprockets, clutches, and other moving parts completely enclosed:      (a) At The Patisserie Bakery & Deli in the cake batter mixing area, the guard for the Hobart Mixer #7 was not attached exposing the mixer blade;    (b) At the Patisserie Bakery & Deli in the bread mixing area, the guard for the Blue Screw Mixer on the left had an opening 5" wide and approximately 14" high exposing the mixer blade; and    (c) At the Patisserie Bakery & Deli in the bread mixing area, the guard for the Blue Screw Mixer on the right had 5 openings 5" wide and approximately 14" to 16" high exposing the mixer blade.  Welds on the guard were broken leaving sharp edges also exposing the mixer blade.
