29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):     An exit route door was not able to be opened from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:    a) For employees working at 508 Pasadena Avenue Saouth in Saint Petersburg (FL), in that, emergency exits have a twist bolt locked at all times requiring employees to unlock the door during an emergency evacuation at the:    1. Hallway to west side of building close to the break room area - one exit door is locked with a twist bolt lock; and     2. Hallway to east side of building close to Nurse Administrator's office - one exit door is locked with a twist bolt lock.
