29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(i):  LP gas container(s) in storage were not located so as to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering by unauthorized persons:  a)In the Buying department - The employer did not maintain 8 cylinders of propane gas in a well-protected and safe storage space where the cylinders could not be knocked over and damaged by passing or falling objects by employees handling the materials, scrap metal and aluminum scrap catalytic converters, exposing employees to struck by and fire hazards at the workplace.

29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet are exposed to electrical hazards:  a) In the Warehouse and Buying departments - The employer did not provide any protective footwear to employees when they were handling materials and loading or unloading the scrap metal pieces, aluminum scrap catalytic converters and automobile parts, exposing employees to foot injuries.
