Thermomolder (serial number 1578, model number HT400), on or about January 15, 2013 - Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when working in their work stations around the General Electric junction box (240 volts) with missing knock-outs.     c)  On the north wall behind the Milltronics CNC Machine (serial number 6594, model number VM24E), on or about January 15, 2013 - Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when working in their work stations around the General Electric junction box (240 volts) with missing knock-outs.     d)  On the north wall behind the 4'x4' ZMD International, Inc. Thermomolder (serial number 1556, model number HD300), on or about January 15, 2013 - Employees were exposed to electracal hazards when working in their work stations around the General Electric junction box  (240 volts) with missing knock-outs.
